Our ultra-crafty homies over at Denver’s Legwork Studio just wrapped up a hot new site for old school skate brand of infamous urethane shredding lore – Vision Street Wear.  The site boasts some super rad features including some real fresh video integration.  I gotta say, I particularly like the inclusion of the “Vision Crew.”  The Vision Crew is “made up of some of the newest, freshest, most creative thinkers and creators out there,” and includes another good friend and fellow Colorado artist/designer, Christopher Cox of Changethethought. Cruise the site, it’s inspirational and really well done.

Well… Aaron Ray is Peña, he makes up 1/4th of the Denver based math rock band who will be releasing their new CD “Best Friends” on April 11th at the Larimer Lounge. Pictured above is a poster that Aaron cranked out to promote the new release, prints as well as t-shirts featuring the design will be available night of show. ChangeTheThought (Chris Cox) and Matt Chiabotti also contributed some artwork to help push the new release.

This show is currently scheduled as one of our stops along the ARTCRANK edition of the LOOPS group bike ride which immediately follows the AC show, and is being mapped out and put together by Broox Pulford of XROCKSTHESPOT. Perfect excuse to swing by both shows.

LEGWORK x cypher13 = Fresh NEW Desktop!

So, our pals over at Denver’s recently established Legwork Studio have raised the bar with the launch of their new site, a frikin’ hot porfolio and the drop of their Valentines Vector Pack #1.   Their new vector pack particularly inspired us, as the illustrations are rippin’ and in a format we dig.  So amidst our frantic schedule currently heavy on UI design, we crammed in a little collabo illustration to try and share some love back to Legwork.  We grabbed Legwork’s characters last night, pondered ‘em a bit, and whipped up the below little piece this afternoon.

We’ve made it available as downloadable desktops in the following formats: 1280×800 (13″ MacBook), 1440×900 (15″ PowerBook), 1680×1050 (20″ iMac), 1920×1200 ( 17″ Macbook Pro/24″ iMac).  Thanks guys!

My new company Legwork has launched it’s new site. Our team has put a lot of work into this and we’re happy to get it out into the public. This, among all the other work we have going on right now, is what’s been keeping me from important things like surfing the web and posting on design blogs like Joyengine!
