Our close friend Randall Scott turned 29 today. Happy Birthday buddy!!! His girlfriend, Kate asked the cypher13 crew to create some special art for Randall’s b-day. Being the trapped in the eighties kinda guy that he is, we came up with the idea for a series of paintings based on some of most definitive accessories of his favored era. SBD and I whipped up some illustrations and handed ‘em off to Alex to paint. We included the Casio C-80 (original calculator watch), Oakley Frogkins, and of course, the ever-present and oh, so timeless Van’s slip-ons. We hope he like ‘em!

Our design team, cypher13 has once again teamed up with our good buddy, and business ally, Randall Scott of rscycle.com to beef up his brand and crank out a super hot new site. We’re makin’ good headway on the site, it’s feelin’ pretty fresh and we’re stoked. But, what’s perhaps more exciting is the premise of a new artist series line of fixed gear bikes designed and manufactured in close collab with Randall himself… More on those puppies soon. And yo, click that lil’ mouse!

The Randall Scott Company revealed their “super secret” gallery this last friday. BMoCA and the Randall boys lead a bike tour of the Eco Arts Exhibits and ended at the new gallery. We were lucky enough to be the opening show and we brought along some friends. The final roster looked a little something like this: Alex “JR” Henry, TEEBEE, small-but-dangerous, Lifter Baron, Scot Lefavor, Markham “Shitty Kitten” Maes, Neff, Adrien Robert sAne, The Yummies, and Jon Bradly. Check it out:

We whipped up this art bike for Randall Scott last week to be displayed at the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMOCA) on Friday, August 27th. The bike was raffled off to some lucky individual and Randall walked home with the accompanying piece. The bike was a team effort by the likes of Lucian “small BUT dangerous” Foehr, Scot “FAIVES” Lefavor, Rob “Lifter Baron” Angermuller, Alex “JR” Henry, and me, T.B.

We stopped by Randall Scott’s opening today. The show room looks great, super modern and clean. The 80s gear came out fresh and I snapped some pictures of the dressing room in it’s finished state. We hope to work more with the Randall Scott crew, it was a great experience - and who doesn’t love the 80s and graffiti?

We just got done killin’ the dressing room at Randall Scott’s Cycle Shop. It’s nasty… pics comin’ soon.

Lots of paint in one very little room. It’s not everyday you get a job like this one, eh?

Our homey, Randall Scott - THE “Randall Scott”, owner of Randall Scott Cycle Company (rscycle.com) is having his/their grand opening this Saturday at their new concept show room in Boulder, CO on 28th and Mapleton. Randall asked us to team up and design and produce some 80s inspired artist collaberative tees, buttons, an opening announcement, some signage and to concept and install a graffiti-based mural in his changing room. Here’s a quick look… the mural doesn’t go down ’til friday, but you can bet your ass it’s gonna be FRESH!

We’ve been doin’ a lotta work this past week for our client/homey Randall Scott (rscycle.com) in an effort to pimp his shop a bit and help get his team ready for their showroom opening tomorrow, Saturday April 21st. All the t-shirts, decals, buttons, signage, water bottles, and print materials we put together are rollin’ in today thanks to our alliance with the Anthem Branding posse (Pistol Pete is our boy!) Last night we rolled up on Randall’s shop with the crew and threw up a little aerosol installation in his changing room. We’re gonna get back over there today and rap it up. Randall Scott Cycle shop is as fly as a bike shop gets.
